At Rita Rosa Brazilian Beachwear, we strive to get your luxury pieces to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping timelines and terms below.
1. Processing & Handling Time

Processing: All orders typically take 1-3 business days to process and handle before they are dispatched.

Peak Seasons: During high-volume periods (sales or holidays), processing may take up to 5 business days.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has entered the "Processing" stage, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Delivery Estimates
We use trusted domestic and international carriers to ensure your package arrives securely.

USA Shipping: Typically arrives within 2-5 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping: Typically arrives within 5-10 business days, depending on your location and local customs processing.
Note: Total time to receive your order = Processing Time + Shipping Time. ### 3. Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email containing your Tracking Number and the link to the carrier’s website. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
4. Lost or Damaged Packages
Every order we ship is fully insured.

Lost in Transit: If your package is lost by the carrier or fails to arrive, we will provide a replacement or a refund.

Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at rb@ritarosabrazilianbeachwear.com within 7 days with photos of the packaging and product.
5. International Customs & Duties
For our international customers:

Customs Fees: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Rita Rosa Brazilian Beachwear is not responsible for these charges; they are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Customs Delays: In rare cases, customs inspections may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. This is outside of our control, but we will assist you in tracking the package where possible.
6. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or a refusal to pay customs fees:

Swimwear: A refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost.

Lingerie: Because lingerie is Final Sale for hygiene reasons, we cannot issue a refund. We will contact you to arrange re-shipment at the customer's expense.
