At Rita Rosa Brazilian Beachwear, we are committed to providing you with high-quality, authentic Brazilian swimwear and luxury lingerie. Because we handle intimate apparel, we maintain strict hygiene standards to protect our community.
1. Lingerie Collection (Strict No-Return Policy)
All items in our Lingerie Collection are strictly Final Sale. Due to health and safety regulations regarding intimate apparel, we do not allow returns, exchanges, or refunds on any lingerie products for any reason. This policy ensures that every piece of lingerie you purchase is 100% brand new, sanitary, and has never been worn or tried on by another customer. Please consult our size guide carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Swimwear & Beachwear Returns
We want you to love your Rita Rosa swimwear. Swimwear items are eligible for return if they meet the following criteria:
USA Returns: Must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
International Returns: Must be initiated within 20 days of purchase.
Condition: Items must be in original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
Hygiene Tags: All original tags and hygiene liners must be intact and attached. If the liner has been removed or reapplied, the return will be rejected.
Authorization: Please do not send returns unless directed by our customer service team.
3. Order Mistakes & Defective Items
We take pride in our service, but if we make a mistake, we will fix it immediately. We provide full refunds or replacements for:
Incorrect Orders: If you receive a different size, color, or product than what you ordered.
Manufacturing Defects: If the garment arrives damaged.
Contact: Please email rb@ritarosabrazilianbeachwear.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the error.
4. Order Cancellations
Because we process and dispatch our beachwear and lingerie promptly, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase.

USA Shipping & Returns
To start a return for swimwear, contact rb@ritarosabrazilianbeachwear.com.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a brand error.
International Shipping & Returns
Refunds for international orders are processed once the item is received and inspected.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable for international orders.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as "Final Sale" and the entire Lingerie Collection are ineligible for refund or exchange.
